WHAT IS SHAVED SNOW? Shaved Snow combines the best qualities of ice cream and shaved ice into a completely unique dessert category of its own.

HOW IS IT MADE? Our Shaved Snow recipes are hand-crafted by our SnoZen Masters using a special blend of purified water, milk, and other natural flavors. The frozen blocks of flavored ice-milk are artfully shaved into light, fluffy, and paper-thin ribbons using a special machine. The distinctive texture is why some shaved snow enthusiasts compare it to "frozen cotton candy".

WHAT'S POPULAR? SnoZen offers six standard flavors - mango, taro, coconut, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry - and twelve shaved snow combinations to choose from. Create your own shaved snow creations or, if it's your first time, try their most popular combination - the Mango-to-Tango: Mango Shaved Snow paired with fresh mangoes, passion fruit jelly, and a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk.
