So Fly® After Hours This upbeat SEXY six (6) week workshop takes place on the floor! We will begin each class warming up the joints, spine and muscles then move to lengthening and toning with sexy, slow and sultry movements to help build a limber, toned and luscious body. During the course of this workshop you will learn three (3) dance routines that combine basic floor work with sexy moves and fluid transitions. Even though we will be on the floor, be prepared for a workout! **SEXY attire such as heels, gloves, tank tops, booty shorts and fishnet stockings is required**
