Somerset Village Apartments was established in 1973. As of August 2014 Somerset Village was purchased by a new management company, Millennia Housing Management. Since that time we have been making substantial changes to the property and units! We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. We pay your water, sewage and trash. The only utility you are responsible for is your electric, which is provided by Kentucky Utilities. The amenities include a remodeled 24 hour laundry facility with brand new washers and dryers. We also provide you with a fully remodeled community room, TV, and computer with Wi-Fi. There are two playground areas located on the property, picnic tables and two grills and a 1/2 court basketball area. All of our amenities we offer are beyond comparison.
