Massage will help you to soften and release tense, contracted muscles, to relax and let energy flow through you body. Guiding you to notice sensations and specific locations of discomfort I attend to the pain. This includes touch, through softening, moving fluids, repositioning and removing heat. You will be able to relax around the pain and the consequences of the pain in other parts of the body. I will help you to notice your alignment and how that affects ease of movement. You will experience a release of tension and overall body and mind relaxation.

Somatic Bodywork works through the body on specific life habits you would like to change. In a bodywork session we may dialog, use the breath, movement and touch to bring your attention to how you are experiencing the moment. the practice of certain new behaviors allow for a more lasting change in your habitual behavior. You will become more attuned to how you live in your body and more open to new liveliness.
