Soul Garden

Soul Garden is a place of love, healing and good vibrations. Ah! Yes. A space in Vitality Chiropractic that will soon be filled with superfoods (goji berries, incan berries, chia seeds, maca root, baobab powder, coconut oil, hemp seeds, olive oil, raw nuts, seaweeds, algae, pine pollen, raw honey, etc.) raw chocolate, minerals, plant proteins, plants, all natural skin and body care, books, meditation goodies, super greens, herbal tinctures and tonics, teas, essential oils, art and jewelry.

My goal is to help people regain and maintain their optimal level of health physically, mentally and spiritually. And of course this doesn't mean just from food (although you all know that is my favorite). NO! It means gaining health in every way - from the objects that you surround yourself with in your home, the thoughts that you think and of course.... the FOOD that you eat.

I practice Holistic Nutrition, Health Coaching, and Meditation for children, adults and families. My space is one of hope and love for people, because lets be honest nobody can get enough of that. Namaste
