We teach Real World Self Defense and Reality Combative Martial Arts for adults.
We also have Ju-Jitsu and Ninjutsu classes for teens ages 13 to 17 and two great children's Self Defense and Martial Arts programs, Kobushi-Do/Kid Ninja (Children's Ju-Jitsu/Ninjutsu) ages 7 to 12, and Little Ninja (Small Children's Ninjutsu), ages 3 to 6.

We also offer special self defense and tactical classes for police officers, hand to hand combative classes for military personnel and self defense for First Responders, EMS and Fire. Manabi-Masho Ju-Jitsu is blended a Non-Sport Martial Art that is reality based. There's no hard to learn forms or prearranged katas. Our martial art is free flowing without the complicated katas or forms common in Karate and Tae Kwon Do. In real life self defense situations katas may not be very effective in a random attack. We teach much more than just how to punch and kick. We're not the ordinary martial arts school.

Our children's martial art Kobushi-Do) is taught without the hard to learn forms and katas and taught in a free flow way. In our Little Ninja and Kid Ninja class there are very basic two to four move katas that are easy to learn and effective in self defense. We require no expensive equipment to buy or require students to compete in constant tournaments and competitions. We do have competitions at times in the dojo and students can go to competitions if they wish to do so. Our Kid Ninja and Little Ninja programs are based on the traditional art of Ninjutsu.

Our Kid Ninja and Little Kid Ninja is a children's version on Ninjutsu and has many games and contests included in the training that works on hand and eye coordination and balance and other important motor functions and skills. In both arts we teach students discipline, self respect, respect for others, how to be kind and helpful to others. They gain self confidence and self esteem and learn how valuable and important they are in society.

Learn from a true expert in the field. Grandmaster Murdock has over 35 years of experience in Manabi-Masho Ju-Jitsu and nearly 30 years experience in several other martial art styles. He's taught Self Defense and Martial Arts for over 30 years and is a member of four Martial Art Halls of Fame and a member of the elite World Head of Family Sokeship Council. Grandmaster Murdock is a Soke-Dai (Inheiritor) of the Manabi-Masho Ju-Jitsu system. He currently teaches 100% of all classes at the dojo. At our dojo you get a high ranking 9th degree black belt teaching all the classes.

We teach all ages, adults 18 and up, children 3 to 12 and teens ages 13 to 17. Please come in for a 2 week Free trial. We may price match other area martial arts schools, class hours, level of instruction and business type must match. Other rules may apply.

Our Class Times:
Monday and Wednesday evenings, Little Ninja: 6:00pm to 6:45pm
Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Kobushi-Do 6:00pm to 7:00pm and Teen and Adults 7:00pm to 9:00pm. We'll be adding another type of class on Monday and Wednesday evening coming soon.

We're very close to all the surrounding cities! Garner, Cleveland 40/42, Angier, Smithfield Clayton and Benson.

We're only a short 5 to 7 minute drive down I-40 from the Cleveland 40/42 area (Exit 312) at Exit 319/I-40 and Hwy 210.
We're only 20 minutes from Clayton and Fuquay-Varina, NC. and 15 to 18 minutes from Benson, Angier and Smithfield NC.

If you live in Raleigh, we're only 25 to 35 minutes from Raleigh's I-440/I-40 Benson/Wilmington exit to Exit 319/I-40 at Hwy 210. It's defiantly worth your drive!
