SPARK! Fitness is a 3,000 square foot boutique fitness studio. You will move, sweat, dance, relieve stress, burn calories and ignite your inner SPARK!

We offer group fitness classes, fun runs, personal coaching and the Ignite Your Life program.

Every fitness level, from beginner to advanced, will find a home at SPARK! Fitness. SPARK! classes will set your soul on fire!

Have you been wanting to try a 5K? SPARK! Fitness members run in several 5K races a year and we are always looking for new people to join our fun run crew! When you join SPARK, you are joining a family; a family that likes to have fun while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The Ignite Your Life program is more than a personal coaching program. We will coach your mind as well as your body on your fitness journey. When you enter the program, you will embark on a lifestyle change that will make health and fitness a fun, important, and necessary part of your life. We will introduce you to future friends with your same interests and show you that fitness is fun! Ask us how to join the Ignite Your Life program.

Personal Coaching is for the member or group of members (maximum of 3 members) that are looking for a fitness experience in a more intimate setting. Each class is designed around the fitness ability and the goals of the member(s).
