Spartan Fitness and Athletics is a 24 hour a day mobile, flexible fitness service. Whether it’s 6:00 AM on a Tuesday or 12:00 AM on a Saturday, our trainer will be available to work with you to meet your goals. We combine years of fitness knowledge and athletic experience to bring you customized workout plans and an empathetic and supportive trainer to encourage you from beginning to end.

We know that walking into a gym can be intimidating. If that’s the case, Spartan will be there by your side to explain it all. Or, maybe you have been working out for years and want to take your progress to the next level, Spartan will be there to give you that extra push. Whatever your fitness goals are, we give you the knowledge you need to start and the encouragement you need to maintain your progress.
