Spicy Memory

Like most authentic cuisine, Szechuan dishes taste best when they’re prepared by those who grew up with them. Spicy Memory is run by this kind of team, and we first opened in Philly so we could share the rich flavors of our favorite, traditional dishes. To start, we gathered a like-minded staff full of talent: chefs trained in China, welcoming hosts, and experienced servers. Since we opened in 2016, we’ve brought joy to our guests through our food, improving in this pursuit each and every day.
