Spiral Path Yoga aims to bring the beauty of a regular yoga practice to everyone. Everyone means people of all abilities, backgrounds, and perspectives.

Our philosophy is rooted in the knowledge that yoga unfolds on many layers, including body, heart, and mind. As our outward journey evolves, we also discover a path of inner wisdom. The spiral, a universal symbol depicted in ancient societies across the globe, represents this gradual movement toward a deeper sense of wellbeing. We continue to realize growth in healing and insight as we come full circle again and again.

Utilizing aspects of yoga therapy and current research in the fields of biomechanics and exercise science, we help students continually improve their health, resilience, flexibility, strength, and balance through an intelligent practice of yoga postures and movement therapies. We also honor the contemplative side of the yogic tradition, incorporating mindfulness techniques as we help guide fellow yogis in blending the power of meditation with conscious movement.
