Spring Street Studios

Spring Street Studios is another exciting redevelopment project in the First Ward. The former Harris Moving and Storage Building located at 1824 Spring Street (corner of Spring and Silver) features 70 working artist studios. These studios support the flourishing art community in First Ward, where Winter Street Studios, sister to Spring, provides another 75 artist studios with over 90 working artists. Artists, art patrons and the community as a whole benefit from these cultural additions to the City of Houston. Spring Street Studios is ideally located within proximity to Downtown and in the heart of what is now being referred to Houston's Arts District.
