ONLINE
The St. Augustine Amphitheatre website will direct you to the appropriate online venues - varies for each concert. Fees will be assessed by the online partner and are not associated with the Amphitheatre.

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please note that the box office will be closed daily from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. Accepted methods of payment include cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

*Please note that during the first 2 hours of an on-sale, purchases at the box office may be limited to best available seating only. Those purchasing tickets will not be able to select specific seats.

PARKING
Patrons can now purchase Premium Parking in the Main Lot at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre! Purchase your guaranteed parking spot at the same time you purchase a concert ticket online via TicketMaster.com! Just add "Premium Parking" to your TicketMaster ticket order at checkout! While there is limited on-site paid parking at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre Main Parking Lot, the good news is that the St. Augustine Amphitheatre now offers free, secure satellite parking at both Anastasia State Park and the R.B. Hunt Elementary School Soccer Field with free shuttle services to and from the Amphitheatre on show days, courtesy of EZ Event Ride! Please remember to tip your driver!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is parking permitted in the residential neighborhoods surrounding the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. These neighborhoods are routinely patrolled by the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office. Any vehicle not belonging to neighborhood residents may be TICKETED and TOWED at the owner’s expense.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS AND DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE IN ANY RESIDENTIAL AREAS!

AMPHITHEATRE SHUTTLES
The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Shuttle system begins its run one and half hours prior to show time. The Amphitheatre Shuttle will pick up event patrons at two designated shuttle stops & the soccer field behind RB Hunt Elementary School.

Shuttles will run continuously until approximately one hour after the scheduled start time of a concert. For anyone wanting to leave prior to the end of a show, shuttles will begin taking people back to the Satellite parking areas 1 hour before the event is over. The driver will not until depart the Amphitheatre until the shuttle is more than 50% full.

WALK!!!
While the Amphitheatre Shuttle system is convenient, we urge patrons that are able to WALK. It’s good for the environment, its good for our shuttle capacity, and it’s good for you! We promise it will not take you more than 15 minutes. And, it's a great way to meet new people and chat with other concert-goers.

If you're from out of town and have tickets to see an event at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre - do stay an extra few nights and enjoy the sights the area has to offer. Stay in a cozy bed & breakfast, a beach side inn, a luxury hotel, or a serene campsite.
