St. Mary’s is located in the historic Hudson Valley village of Saugerties, New York. The church is over 175 years old, and is one of the oldest in the Archdiocese of New York, and one of the furthest north in the Archdiocese as well.
In 1989, a fire nearly destroyed the church, but proving itself a strong community of faith, the church was repaired and rebuilt into what it is today–authentically historical on the outside and bright and welcoming on the inside.
