St Paul World Taekwondo Academy

At St Paul World Taekwondo Academy,you will find a diverse community of children, teens, adults and families all working together to help each other set and achieve our goals. Our students learn to have confidence, discipline, self-control, motivation, a positive attitude and commitment. We have trained Junior Olympic and National Champions at St Paul WTA. Our goal is to help you and your family to reach your highest potential!

Our programs start with Little Dragons (fitness and discipline for ages 3-6), and range from beginning to high-level Taekwondo for men, women and children. Our programs also help to bring families closer and assist students in building self-confidence and discipline, resulting in more positive behaviors and improved listening and coordination skills outside of the classroom.

We also offer XFT (Extreme Fitness Training) Bootcamp classes where you can burn up to 800 calories per class! This program is designed for people who want to learn basic self-defense techniques and get in serious shape without the intimidation of physical contact and sparring. In this fast-paced class you will hit targets and bags, work on strength and endurance training with weights and/or kettle bells, and much more.
