Kerry Angelos began his career when he founded Status Corporation in 1987. The firm expanded quickly. By 2002 Status Corporation in Boise, Idaho had developed into a successful residential development and home-building business. To accommodate its growth, Kerry Angelos formed Status Homes, a company devoted to his home-building operations. Over the next nine years, Status Homes grew to become one of the most successful and established home-building firms in Idaho, ranking in the top three in terms of volume. Concurrently, Mr. Angelos’s land development company during this time acquired land for over 7,200 residential lots spending in excess of $125 million dollars in acquisition cost and with its in-house planning and development staff took the land to the approval stage of the lots for development. Kerry Angelos looks forward to keeping Status Homes as one of the top home builders in Idaho with new projects starting up in the spring of 2016 as the Idaho Treasure Valley community continues to grow.
