I've been in the fitness industry, as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, for over 10 years. Six years ago, I opened a local fitness studio, teaching group fitness classes like Sculpt, Zumba, Piyo, Turbo Kick, Insanity, Boot Camp, HIIT, Core, Hip Hop and Personal Training individual clients and small groups.
My passion is showing people their own strength and teaching them to pursue their goals throughout the rest of their lives. I look for clients who are willing and ready to work hard and learn to plan your workouts and nutrition effectively without me someday.
