Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) cirriculums and classes for beginner through advanced students. We have one of the fullest schedule of class time in the area so that you can fit training into your schedule. We are an official affiliate of Renzo Gracie and the area's only school affiliated with a Gracie family member. We have black belt instructors and a friendly environment. We where the areas first dedicated Brazilian jiu jitsu youth program. We have 5 different types of kids class based on age and other. We have a Muay Thai kickboxing program featuring the area's most experienced instructor. We also offer a fully equipted gym and unique group fitness classes. Our Mixed Martial Arts fight team has one of the best and most active competition records in the trip-state area. We offer both fighter training and public MMA classes. We often get together for social events such as UFC fights and other outings. We also offer self-defense courses that focus on situational awareness, weopons and other self defense necessities.
