Straight Path Solutions LLC

Veteran small-business owned and operated, Straight Path Solutions LLC was founded by Quilesha Patterson in 2012. After her military service, she pursued a very rewarding and fulfilling career in the private sector serving diverse small businesses and corporate environments in the San Antonio community.

One day, while attending a networking event, she noticed that many business owners had a common complaint: “I just need someone to do the managing...not tell me how to manage my business.” It was then, when she had the idea to start a unique management/business consulting firm that focuses more on the “business and operations side” of consulting, hence the birth of Straight Path Solutions LLC. Today, she continues to use her gifts, talents, and experiences in addressing her clients' business and career challenges and opportunities with solid, actionable, measurable solutions.
