Strength University - A Strength & Conditioning Gym

We are a dedicated strength training gym for all walks of life ranging from the weekend warrior, marathon runners, your grandma, strength sport athletes, and college athletes.

Regardless of who you are our mission is to make you a stronger person through smart programming, organization, hard work, and most importantly having fun through the process!

Gym Equipment includes: 4 squat racks, 3 olympic lifting platforms, 1 squat stand, jerk boxes, 4 flat benches (1 Thompson fat pad), kettlebells weighing up to 70lbs (more to come), 3 Texas Power Bars, 2 Men's Pendlay weightlifting bars, 2 women's Pendlay weightlifting bars, 3 sets of 140kg olympic bumpers, over 1,200 lbs of iron weights, various lifting bars, boards for pressing, GHD, battle ropes, and a sled.
