Stretch Rx

Using the most up-to-date stretching techniques and BioMat, our stretch practitioner will personally assist you in stretching every part of the body. Because the sessions are one on one, we are able to cater to the individual needs of each client.

For maximum benefit, most of the stretches are performed on the BioMat. The Amethyst BioMat is a FDA licensed medical device that combines state of the art Far Infrared Light and Negative Ion Technology with healing powers of Amethyst Crystals.
