Stroller Strong Moms - DC Area/NOVA

Stroller Strong Moms is a creative and fun total body workout for prenatal and postpartum moms with stroller age children. This unique and challenging workout is constantly on the move! It uses the entire park during class. Each fitness class will provide new and different stations, routes and exercises in order to maximize fitness results and prevent boredom.

Stroller Strong DC is a dynamic fitness class for moms and moms-to-be in the Arlington, Vienna, and Alexandria near Fort Belvoir with ACE certified instructors, and yoga teachers. It’s designed to be a challenging one hour workout for all fitness levels that will make you S.L.A.M., or Sweat Like A Mother! But it’s more than a workout, it’s a network of support for moms as we navigate through parenthood. In addition to the sweat-fest workouts, we have playgroups, field trips, AND Moms Night Out events that help keep our sanity.
