Studebaker Holdings Company can trace its roots to the founding of the original Studebaker Corporation in 1852 by the five founding Studebaker brothers. A beloved industrial icon of our industrial past returns with a focus on special-purpose transportation solutions, performance automobiles and lifestyle services through our Studebaker Automotive Division, and defense and military mission training and support, weapons and ammunition manufacturing and training though our Black Spear Advisory Group and Studebaker Defese Logistics Group divisions.

Studebaker Holdings Company is an acquisitions-based umbrella and investment group focused on specialty automotive and related markets. Concentrating on the needs of specific under-served vehicle markets in the U.S. and allied military commands, armored transport, executive protection, law enforcement, government, custom performance automobiles and residential, commercial, and industrial ballistic safety for private, commercial, industrial and government clients.

Other primary efforts include the development and marketing of a new polymer for use in ballistic projectile protection and penetration mitigation. BPR (Bi-Modal Polymer Resin) is a new ballistic polymer composite that has certain metallic properties which allows the ballistic material to increase its protective capabilities the more it is fired upon. The result is to render the IED and similar dangers impotent as agents of death and destruction against our military service and law enforcement personnel.

With an eye toward the future, SHC plans to enter the motorsports industry on several levels including sponsorship, vehicle development, team operations and venue development. Indiana is the one place where such things are possible in one location.
