STEEL MACE - KETTLEBELL - SAND BAG CLASS

Combines all three pieces of equipment to give you a more unconventional / functional full body workout. This is a timed workout to keep you moving so you will be challenged and burn more fat and calories!

CARDIO KICKBOXING BAG CLASS
Monday & Wednesday at 5:30pm

Push yourself to the limit and get a full body workout with this class where you actually come in contact with a target. This class teaches the fundamentals of boxing punches & Tae Kwon Do kicks taught by an experienced black belt in Karate. The goal of this class is to burn body fat through intense cardio with an emphasis on strengthening the core.

An affordable, cost effective way for clients to take advantage of having their own personal trainer. The small group allows for safe, closely supervised, high quality workouts. This class focuses on primarily strength training circuits using different moves & equipment (kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, dumb bells & bars, sandbags, sled, steel mace, stability & bosu balls, battle ropes, etc.) to help fight boredom. We will work on building those muscles to get a lean, toned, healthy body!

TRX CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS
Saturday 10am
30 minute class
$10 a class
A new category of exercise for all fitness levels that leverages one's own body weight & gravity using the TRX to develop strength, balance, flexibility, & core stability simultaneously. The class will consist of circuits of upper body, lower body, core, and cardio. Medicine balls, kettle bells, sand bags, etc. will be used in the cardio circuit for added resistance.

HIIT (high intensity interval training)
Saturday 10:30am
30 minute class
$7 a class

Take both TRX & HIIT combined and pay only $15 for both classes together


ONE ON ONE PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

$25 / half hour session
A private session intended to work on the specific goals of an individual. Learn proper technique and new exercises to maximize results in a shorter period of time. Set your goals (lose weight, build muscle, strengthen & tone, etc.) and achieve them in a challenging and motivating environment that's always changing to help fight boredom.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (2-4 PEOPLE)

2 friends / $30 a person
3 friends / $25 a person

A session similar to one-on-one but for those who would like to train with their friends.

My training over the years in various organizations, as well as over 15 years experience in Martial Arts, has allowed me to be a trusted fitness trainer. As the ever changing world of fitness evolves, my clients know that I am committed to their overall health by keeping current on the latest fitness trends. I look forward to the opportunity to share my expertise with you.
