At Suga, our focus is simple -

Japanese comfort food made with love and attention to detail. We want to show you a different side of Japanese cuisine - our take on homestyle food that is meant to warm your heart as much as your belly.

We’re not a sushi bar, we’re not gluten free - (although we like a challenge with some warning), we’re here so you can try some things that may look and sound different, but have ingredients that you are comfortable with, constructed in an unique way.

Homemade sauces and marinades, fresh cut vegetables, meat that is sliced, slow roasted and grilled on site. Maybe the only thing we’re not making from scratch is our fine selection of Japanese and local beers, sake, shochu and more.
