Guided by a enthusiastic Kripalu-trained,Yoga Alliance-certified instructor, this energizing flow class will have you moving and breathing through a variety of postures. Brief guided meditations provided at beginning and end of practice.

Modifications always offered for a gentle or more vigorous personal practice.

Come prepared to tone, build core strength and balance, and learn tools to create your own personal yoga routine outside of class!
