Our programs:
Adult/Teen MMA Classes: - A mix of jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and grappling in the first portion of the class. Followed up by cardio, muay thai, kickboxing, and boxing. Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7pm-9pm and Sundays from 1pm-4pm
Women's Cardio Kickboxing: - A womens only cardio class that incorperates kickboxing and other martial arts to get in shape.
Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 9am-10am
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi: - A traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class which is an evolving sport as well as a practical form of self defense. Mondays. Thursdays, and Fridays from 6pm-7pm and Sundays from 12pm-1pm
Kid's MMA: - Ages 6 and up. Focusing on breakdown techniques to improve your children's abilities and exercises that will improve their coordination. Building their self confidence, learning how to defend themselves, and overall having fun while doing so. Classes are on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 5 pm-6:00pm and Sundays from 10:30 am-12:00 pm.

-Started competing at the age of 10, he has been continuously competing and progressing through-out the years. He has won multiple grappling titles in tournaments such as ISGA, COPA, and NAGA. He has 11 years of experience and 5 years of teaching experience, also including coaching students and teammates at competitions. Only age 18 but is making professional MMA and teaching his career.
