SSPT is the premier strength and conditioning facility for serious trainees in the DMV area. We are minimalistic in our approach while specializing in strength for powerlifting, strongman, weightlifting, and other individual/team sports.

We espouse free weights over machines and believe our members succeed in a training environment free of distractions like cell phones, and televisions. Furthermore, we are built upon the bedrock of consistency and effort utilizing the best strength tools.
