Susan G. Komen South Dakota

Up to 75% of funds raised by the South Dakota Affiliate remain in South Dakota to fund local breast health education and provide screenings and mammograms for underinsured and uninsured women across the state. Since 2005, Komen SD has given over $1.2M back to the state of SD.
The remaining 25% supports groundbreaking research at the national level, some of which is being done right here in South Dakota. To date, Komen has awarded over $1M in research grants to researchers in SD.
