We will need at least an entire weeks notice prior to placing an order.

POLICY:
If a customer is unsatisfied with a product, that customer will be immediately offered a replacement / substitution of their product equaled to their original. (IF we deem it necessary) ~Sorry no money back. Our products are sold as is. When a customer agrees to purchase a product it then becomes theirs ~ We make it our goal to provide our customer with satisfactory cake products. If we fail to meet a customer satisfaction, we will then provide them with a replacement product to see if we can improve for them. 100% hard work, and dedication go into these products and we apologize for any inconveniences.
Our most important goal with our business is that our customers are 1000000000% happy and satisfied. :)
- Please note:If you have any type of a food allergy PLEASE bring it to our attention so we can be sure that it is not near or included in your product. We can not be responsible for an unmentioned allergies.
- Please be considerate and understand that less than a 24 hour notice will increase the price of the product. This is due to the short notice,the rush and stress it creates on us to gather the proper ingredients for your certain product, and the unplanned time to create, and make the product. Thank you.

HOW WE STARTED:
This little business was started after our dissatisfaction with trying to find a cake that met, not only our taste expectations, but our creative ones as well. We decided that we would try our hand at providing a cake that not only looked good on the outside, but tasted just as amazing on the inside! We work with the customer in the hopes that when they receive their order, they are 100% satisfied. Though we are amateurs, we will attempt just about any idea thrown our way! We are not in this business for the money; we are in this to bring a little happiness or something extra to any special occasion! We hope very much that you give us a try and that we can exceed all of your expectations!
