Sweet Sleep

Roughly 5,760 children become orphans every day. The global orphan population is estimated to be between 130-210 million – caused by extreme poverty, HIV/AIDS, war, disease, and famine. The numbers might be impossible to comprehend, but these are not numbers; they are sons and daughters.

The Church along with the connected body of Believers are being equipped with the understanding of their Biblical responsibility to care for children suffering in some of the most complex challenges of our time.

Sweet Sleep began as a response to the need for clean, safe places to sleep for orphaned and abandoned children. What started as one need in one country has turned into more than a decade of ministry in seven countries and has provided more than 20,000 beds globally.

Through collaborative efforts with partner organizations and supporters, Sweet Sleep is meeting the needs of at-risk families, adoptive families, and the communities they live in, to place and keep children in families as God intends them to be.
