Systema Rhode Island

We are the home base for Systema in Rhode Island. Training is provided by Sasha Komocar. Sasha received his Instructor Certification with Vladimir Vasiliev. We practice the Ryabko Systema. Our goal is to help those individuals seeking an ability to protect themselves from not only the chaos of an urban attack, but also the chaos of life. Training begins and ends in utilizing the pillars of Systema - Breath , Movement, Relaxation and Posture.
The enhancement of these attributes will enable the individual to start on a path to Health and Wellness and ultimately achieve the Strength and Humility to adapt and confront the chaos in the world around them. We begin with Training and ultimately are able.... " To Know Thyself".
