Tabor Commons - Assisted Living

Tabor Commons is a newly refurbished community in Tabor City, North Carolina. This beautiful new facility is licensed by the NC Department of Health and Human Services as an Adult Care Facility.

Upon arrival each resident in the community is designed their own patient-centered plan of care.Our team will then provide all the necessary assistance to ensure each individual in the community maintains the highest quality of living with the guidance of this care plan.

Our goal is to connect our residents with the community and their health care providers. This helps to ensure continuity of care across the entire healthcare spectrum.
