December, 2016. I was the heaviest I've ever been at 202lbs. I was depressed and sinking further and further into it. I stopped seeing myself as worthy of anything...friendship, happiness, love. So I ate. And then I ate more because I felt bad for eating the first time. I couldn't find my way out of it.

Then a friend from HS started posting her Omni story on Facebook and slowly but surely a flame started to burn in me.

January 1, 2017, like a million other people, I started my New Year New You! Except this time it was with the support of Omni and everything and everyone that comes with the program.

As of March 10, 2017 I've completed one short round and am now in phase 3 of my second short round. I've lost weight and inches and depression and self doubt! I've gained confidence, drive and a smile!

I can't predict my future, but I sure can comment on today. Today is a good day! I know I can tackle anything life throws at me now because I'm successfully tackling my weight and my attitude every day.

Omni works. I'm proud to be part of such an amazing company!
