My name is Tamara Brown and I am a mobile Personal Trainer in Columbia, South Carolina. I have always had a passion for fitness, but within the last year, I began to take my health and physical appearance seriously by making lifestyle changes that will add years to my life. After setting short and long term fitness goals and achieving results throughout my journey, I have several friends and family members who, cheer me on, give me compliments and want to know my "secret." My "secret" is perseverance, commitment, and the desire to feel and look good, even as get older and when I stopped making excuses, I started seeing results.

I enjoy motivating and encouraging clients, helping them create goals that will enhance the quality of their life, but I am most passionate about ensuring that each client obtain their goals and maintains a lifestyle that they can be proud about!
