The Muay Thai classes are NON CONTACT classes that are designed to introduce
the student to basic combinations and defensive Muay Thai moves, while at the
same time giving the student an unbelievable cardio workout. The class consists
of footwork, stretching, and pad and bag work. At the end of this class usually
stretching and ab work are done to round out the workout. Expect to burn
anywhere from 800-1000 calories in this class. There really is no workout that
approaches this type of total body workout.
