Tannehill Woodcarvers Club

Hello, welcome to the new Tannehill Woodcarvers Club Facebook page. It is set up as a public site; so everybody can see and post to it. There is another site, but this is the "Official" Club site. Tannehill Woodcarvers meets at the Tannehill State Park. We meet in the Cane Creek School on the 2nd Saturday of each month. If you would like to join, dues are only $20 a year. If you are not a member, please come and visit. Well, you say "I don't know how to carve", we will teach you how. If you have a desire and will - you are teachable! Or if you carve and just want to get better - we can help you. We have carvers that can carve a variety of different things. We have about 80 members, with about 30 attending on a typical Club meeting day. We are just a group of men and women that love to carve and have a good time of fellowship with one another. Club day will usually start about 8:00 am and go to 2:00 or 3:00 pm. So, bring a sandwich and a positive attitude that you want to carve or learn to carve.
