Ten Shabu

Shabu Shabu is a hot-pot style dish where diners cook their own ingredients at the table. Menus usually contain thinly sliced meats, a variety of seafood selections, vegetables, noodles and and other side items served with a small bowl of rice and dipping sauces.

Shabu is translated to the word "swish" in which customers place their raw items into the hot pot and swish the meat/veggies around until fully cooked.

Here at Ten Shabu we offer the best selection of fine, freshly cut meats served with a combo plate that contains: corn, napa, udon/vermecelli noodles, tofu, sqaush, tomato, and two types of mushrooms. Along with that, we offer our three, best tasting, home-made dipping sauces: ponzu, satay, and sesame sauce.

Each person will receive their own hot pot containing one of the many flavorful broths we have to offer such as: sukiyaki, Japanese fish broth, tonkatsu(pork bone), miso, etc. We also give customers the option to add extra spice into their broth to add that extra flavorful kick.
