Welcome to Tex Wasabi’s, home of “Rock-n-Roll Sushi & Award Winning BBQ! We invite you to come experience one of the most dynamic restaurant concepts in the country. While most restaurants consider themselves a “fusion” of different cuisines, we jokingly refer to our menu as “sushi and BBQ confusion.” We take two very different types of cuisine and provide world-class examples of twists on our favorite foods. We procure the freshest and best ingredients for all our recipes and provide a tantalizing experience for your taste buds. We even have our own smokehouse out back where we are constantly pulling out slow smoked ribs, tri-tip and pork shoulders to place directly on your plate. We take pride in creating original sushi rolls like…The Dirty Magazine, Fire Lotus Flower, The Incredible Hulk, Red Dragon, and Nick’s Trick. Maybe we can create a roll especially for you!
