The Bluff Technique (Advanced Muscle Reconstruction) was developed by Jimmy Bluff through 13 years of professional massage and fitness industry experience. A lifelong athlete himself, Jimmy grew up playing competitive basketball, football, skiing and snowboarding in Honesdale, PA. He’s familiar with the pain of sports injuries and the toll intense physical activity can have on the human body.

Beginning his career as a student at the University of Utah and the Utah College of Massage Therapy, he moved on to high level club management for a national fitness center by age 20. His love of working with people to reach their fitness goals was found to be more gratifying and led him in the direction of pain relief, rehabilitation and the art of healing. The Bluff Technique is Jimmy’s form of holistic healing. With his unique techniques he removes lifelong pain and injuries in a way that no one else can. He works side by side with renowned chiropractors nationwide.

Jimmy stepped into the world of competitive bodybuilding himself by winning the Mr. Utah Super Heavyweight class in 2008 and placing 2nd at the Northeast Valley Championships in Pennsylvania. He then focused on his professional career as a CPT and MT in Utah to create his own form of therapy.

Filling his weeks with up to 80 session hours with clients suffering from auto injuries, migraines, sports injuries, chronic pain, scoliosis, tendinitis to name a few. From Olympic Power lifters, Professional Bull riders, Professional Bodybuilders, Figure and Bikini Athletes, Television Personalities to stay at home moms with shoulder and back pain, The Bluff Technique removes pain for all.

At just 32 years old Jimmy has amassed nearly 50,000 hours of experience in the health and fitness industry. His passion to improve and heal grows daily, as does his clientele from coast to coast.

Jimmy Bluff’s home office is located in West Hollywood, CA, where he resides with his wife Sarah. He also travels to New York, NY and Salt Lake City, UT offices frequently to meet client demands.
