The Brow Clinic Inclement Weather Policy
We at The Brow Clinic will make every effort to maintain normal business hours even during inclement weather. In the event of severe weather, our ultimate goal is to get you rescheduled for the same day at a later time. However, we may have to move your appointment to the following business day. We will make every effort to reschedule your appointment to a convenient time for you. Your flexibility is appreciated upon rescheduling on inclement weather days; in order to service guests in a timely manner we will offer all available designers to you on the days and times you request. If we move your appointment, you will be expected to arrive at your new agreed upon appointment on time. If you do not show up to your appointment, a no show fee will be assessed to your account and must be paid prior to your next appointment.
There may also be times where management decides to close the salon because of safety concerns for our clients as well as our employees travelling to the salon in bad weather. In the event that the salon will be closed we will notify you via phone call, email, and social media. If you feel you will be unable to make a scheduled appointment due to the weather contact us as soon as possible. You may leave a message on our answering machine or email us and our on call manager will contact you as soon as they are able.
