The Chameleon

Our restaurant is, let’s say, unique. We will be changing food concepts seasonally, not just changing our menu, but changing the whole theme.

The Chameleon is not about the reptile as much as it is about adaptation and change. We want to provide a relaxed atmosphere that is constantly evolving. As far as we know this idea has never been done, especially in this area, but we feel we are innovative enough to pull it off. The good thing is, if something doesn’t go over well, we only have that concept for 3 months.

We will have 7-8 core items that will be used year round so that people can enjoy what they like for as long as they like. We will have 24 beers on tap as well as 8 Draft Cocktails (Draft-Tails) such as Hard Blueberry Lemonade or Hard Peach tea, we make those cocktails in house and they will be a staple of our drink menu.

Our restaurant will have more tech involved, like tablets for menus and a digital display for beers on draft. Please come in and try us out!

Our first concept starting on June 21st (the first day of summer) will be Classic American BBQ with a little twist. Stay tuned for what is coming next!!
