At Chickpea Kitchen you have the option to build your own bowl or shawarma. Once you have decided which one you want, the building process begins.
1. Pick the meat you want AND add rice or cracked wheat. (Chicken, Steak, Falafel, Chicken Cream Chop, Chicken Kabob, Beef Kabob)
2. Sauce it with what you like! Garlic, Tahini, Ranch, and Hot Sauce.
3. Add the type of hummus you would like (Regular, Jalapeno Cilantro & Roasted Bell Pepper).
4. Lastly, fill the bowl up with a variety of fresh veggies (Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Green Pepper, Cucumber, Spinach, Pickled Cabbage, Pickled Turnips, Jalapeno, Chickpeas, Parsley, and Pickles).
