The Clemons Chattanooga

The Clemons Building was originally built in the early 1920’s by the Clemons Brothers where they headquartered the Clemons Brothers Furniture Company. In 2015 the building was transformed into 54 uniquely designed apartment homes. Some of the original elements of the factory, such as exposed original brick, floors, and columns along with modern and industrial flourishes will combine to create the unique atmosphere of the Clemons Lofts.

The building features 1, 2, and 3 bedroom configurations with square footage beginning at 590 square feet and going up to 1,200 square feet, there's plenty of selection!
