The First cleaning may be a little higher This way when and if this is repeat work the next time i come to clean it will not cost as much ,as the mess will not be as bad. Regardless of the fact i will still beat any price given to you by someone else. If you have had a renter that has moved and has left the home in a complete mess i will come in and clean it from head to toe . If some one has passed away and they happened to be a hoarder for a small fee i will come and help you clean and organize the home with all respects kept in mind.
