The Core Difference

I am a certified personal trainer, with 15 years of experience. I started teaching group fitness classes ranging from step aerobics to body sculpting, and then furthered my experience by becoming the Fitness Director and personal trainer for a private golf club.

Four years ago, I started The Core Difference, my own personal training studio. The physical aspects of training are secondary to the mental rewards. Part of my practice is teaching people how to use their bodies both with and without equipment to reach their fitness goals.
