The Experience Building

We are proud of our new building, in the heart of downtown Longmont. We're still developing it, and the first phase, now open, is Experience Cowork, a friendly, convenient location for you to do business.

Soon we will be moving La Vita Bella coffee house into the ground floor - yay, no more stairs!! We'll also have a large ground floor event space with ADA access, house a new distillery, host a weekly movie, a full restaurant, and finally a bar where we will serve craft cocktails and infused coffee drinks as well as offer the same high quality mochas La Vita Bella is known for. We are booking private parties and events now.
