More about The Fellowship of St. Paul

The Fellowship of St. Paul (FSP) is a voluntary association of students, faculty, alumni, and friends at Sacred Heart Major Seminary learning, as St Paul says, to “walk in the Spirit.” Part of walking in the Spirit is coming to a deeper personal knowledge of God’s love. Another part is utilizing the charisms of the Spirit that God has given to us so that we can effectively witness to the love of Jesus.

FSP meetings include praise and worship music, and an inspiring talk followed by a time of discussion and prayer for one another in small groups. It is in this context that students can become confident in the Spirit of God working through them and are able to do things they never thought possible. The prayers in the small group consist of the laying on of hands for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, or for healing. There is always a new persons group available for anyone who is new to the Catholic Charismatic Renewal or the Fellowship of St. Paul. This group is optional but always provided.

The meetings are usually held in the red parlor room that is immediately on your left as you enter the main entrance and walk up the stairs to the lobby. The only exception to this is if we are having Eucharistic exposition/adoration which takes place in the main chapel. You can enter the main chapel by simply walking forward after you have entered the main entrance. Meeting start at 6:30 pm and generally run for an hour and a half to two hours. Meals are not provided, but there are refreshments.
