The Foundation of CVPH

The Foundation was established in 1990 to provide an important additional facet to healthcare - Community Outreach. The Foundation annually funds programs, which provide and support community health education and wellness as well as patient care enhancement initiatives. From time to time, fundraising efforts are undertaken for state of the art technology and facility upgrades.

The vision of the Foundation at CVPH is to:

Encourage innovative proposals to cost effectively promote health and health education.
Support worthwhile programs, which will improve the health and wellness of area residents.
Solicit philanthropic gifts in order to accomplish our mission.
Promote an environment in which community members assume an active role in maintaining good health.
Be an interactive and responsive community resource.
