The Frog Spot

The Frog Spot is a project of Friends of the Los Angeles River. An outreach center and community gateway to the Los Angeles River in Elysian Valley.

Free water, Wi-Fi, bike repair station, cell-phone charging. Snacks, beverages, T-shirts and other swag for purchase; all benefitting Friends of the Los Angeles River.

We offer free or low-cost classes and activities; yoga, meditation, guided nature walks, community meetings, art classes, lectures, literary events and more.

Every Saturday at Noon our beer garden opens and we host live music from 5-8PM. We're right on the L.A. River Bike Path in Frogtown. Our Summer Season starts May 27, 2017. See ya on the river!
