The Hand of Fate Tattoo Parlor

At Hand of Fate we specialize in one-of-a-kind, custom designs drawn for each client. We accept walk-ins as time allows, but recommend a consultation for larger scale work. Located in downtown Ithaca, we offer custom tattoos for the discriminating collector. We are also now offering tattoo removal every other month.
